My Training guides were compiled from scratch and completed by me personally (Rachel Hatch), these are the same guides I use when training one on one and group - these training guides are for beginners. I would not have invested the time in these training guides if they were readily available -sure there are publications available that teach you everything, and are as thick as a rural towns telephone directory - how daunting is that!!
