What are the frameworks of elogica?
The
framework will be dependant upon the tasks at hand. After an initial meeting
a procedural framework will be produced, thereby serving as a working
document to keep parties informed.
elogica
strives to offer great services - one of the faucets is conforming to
good design, from being a practitioner of "Guidelines" conforming
to good web design as detailed by the Ministry of Commerce, to thoroughly
testing software to ensure usability and robustness.
What programming and graphics tools does elogica use?
This
depends upon the task(s) at hand, as well as working with what currently
exists (legacy systems) for the desired output.
Part of what makes elogica
is keeping up to date with tools and programming languages, so as to apply
to the tasks / environment / systems they are suitable too.
Is elogica only aimed at one type of industry?
No,
business comes in many shapes and forms - just like your customers. elogica
is prepared to look at any type of business. The background
and projects sections show
the diverse range of businesses covered.
What costs am I looking at?
As
desirable as it is to give a one-off price for a project, it is not feasible.
As this can differ depending upon the task(s) at hand, the amount of work
involved and (if any) ongoing costs.
The cost components that may be considered for an eCommerce Strategy project
may include: web designer, web developer, programmer, web hosting, domain
costs, security (hardware and software), search engine registration costs,
use of trademarks and copyrights, internet marketing, training and business
consultancy.
Legal and Ethical responsibilities
It
is elogica's
business practise to pay attention to intellectual property rights,
copyrights and trademarks.
When analysing a business elogica
will be privy to a businesses state of affairs, financials, market share,
etc., As the foundation of elogica
is 'about quality and reputation', it is elogica's
business practice to maintain good business ethics, this includes
privacy issues.
Does elogica have a confidentiality and security policy?
Yes,
elogica
(including sub contractors) will preserve confidentiality and security
of information.
Accounts
Payment
will be required in full prior to or on the launch date of a web site
OR payment may be required in stages (depending upon scope of the project)
and will be set down in writing by elogica
OR payment terms will be agreed upon and agreed to in writing by elogica.
Until full payment is made all work will remain the property of elogica.
elogica
ltd is a GST registered company.
Contractors
As
elogica's
angle
is to specialise in the architectural design of; business, web sites,
systems/processes and marketing, depending upon the task at hand sub-contractors
may be involved, this is more for the building of web sites, as opposed
to design (that is elogica's
function). All contractors employed by elogica
will be overseen by elogica
(see Staff and
Project Management).

It
